Chamber Partners Taskforce
Matt Slovick, Chairperson, AFLAC 2nd Wednesday of the month (8:30 AM) Serves as a liaison to new members, orienting them to Chamber activities, events and committees, and develops outreach programs to recognize existing members. Develops and implements strategic membership development plan, including sector analysis, benefits match, and prospect identification, and supports the chamber’s retention efforts. |
CEO Roundtable
Lee Crumbaugh, Group Leader, Forrest Consulting 2nd Friday of the month (8:30 AM) The CEO Roundtable provides a venue for Owners, Partners, and CEOs to meet monthly with their peers in an atmosphere that fosters entrepreneurial thinking and encourages individuals in accomplishing their goals. The program is designed to provide participants with their own confidential "board of advisors" who can assist with business challenges by presenting solutions for discussion. |

Government Contractors Committee
To serve as a resource for GovCon executives and companies on the unique challenges that face them and their industry. To serve as a peer group to discuss pain points, successes, industry trends, new laws, and regulations. |
IDEA Committee (Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, Awareness)
Shay Cook, Chairperson, Crusaders for Change, LLC 3rd Tuesday of the month (9AM) The IDEA Committee discusses topics, solutions and programming in the areas of Inclusivity, Diversity, Equity and Awareness. IDEA promotes training and events to bring awareness to DE&I in the workplace, engaging co-workers in these conversation, and reviewing and developing policies and procedures that will promote workplace DE&I. |
Legislative Committee
(by invitation only) Cindi Mitchell, Co-Chairperson, Blue Flaire and Gregory M Snyder II, Co-Chairperson, The Arc Central Chesapeake Region Mondays during the Legislative Session (4PM) Establishes legislative priorities and reviews bills affecting the Region's business community, identifies those requiring action by the Chamber, and coordinates Chamber testimony before the General Assembly. Military Affairs Committee
Recipient of 2020 Army Partnership Award Stephanie Gething, Chairperson, All-American Intelligent Solutions, Inc 1st Tuesday of the month (11 AM) Plans events in support of the personnel and families at Ft. Meade in an effort to build a stronger connection between the local business community and the Fort. (An additional fee is required for this committee) |
Odenton Action Coalition
1st Thursday of the month (9 AM) Advocates for the Odenton Town Center to ensure the transportation and other infrastructure necessary to support the growing community (including Fort Meade) receives needed public support. |
Regional Economic Development Committee (rEDC)
