About
In 2008, the need to provide financial and service support for the local Fort Meade community was identified. A group of business leaders from the West County Chamber developed the concept of the Military Affairs Committee based on similar organizations around the country. Initially programs were funded on an as-needed basis, but in 2010 the decision was made to establish a sustained source of funding for MAC events. Your contribution to the Central Maryland Chamber Military Affairs Committee is tax deductible as a business expense.
