EVENT REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY
Event Cancellation by Chamber
Central Maryland Chamber of Commerce reserves the right to cancel an event due to low enrollment or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable.
If Central Maryland Chamber cancels an event, registrants and sponsors will be offered a full refund.
Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of an event, registrants and sponsors will have the option to either receive a full refund or transfer registration or sponsorship (or equal credit to another event) to the same event at the new, future date.
Registration Cancellation by Participant
Should it become necessary for you to cancel your participation, any request by a registrant must be received in writing via email to [email protected] or by phone (410) 672-3422.
Unless specifically stated on registration materials, the deadline to receive a full refund for your registration is 2 business days (48 hours) prior to the event for our routine events (small business seminars, networking mixer, etc.) and 10 business days prior to the event for our signature events (Community Awards, Annual Meeting, Central Maryland Classic Golf Tournament, Economic Forecast and Holiday Mixer).
Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund.
Refunds will not be available for registrants who choose not to attend an event.
All refund requests must be made by the attendee or credit card holder.
Refund requests must include the name of the attendee and/or organization.
Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment.
These above policies apply to all Central Maryland Chamber of Commerce Events unless otherwise noted in the corresponding event materials. Please read all individual event information thoroughly.
